The spices I got had decent flavor and smelled fresh when I opened them. A few of the blends worked really well with chicken and rice, but a couple were milder than I expected, so I had to use more than I normally would.

Overall, they’re not bad, but I wouldn’t say they blew me away. I also felt a little talked down to when I had a question about how to use one of the blends, which kind of soured the experience. I might order again if there’s a sale, but probably not at full price...

I ordered some spices and got frustrated with how long it took. It was almost three weeks before they showed up, and the tracking barely changed the whole time. I reached out to support, but they basically just told me to be patient, which didn’t help at all. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again

My order turned out fine in the end, so no complaints there, but trying to get help was frustrating. I messaged them because I wasn’t seeing an update, and then I had to wait a few days just to get a response??

When they finally replied, it felt rushed and didn’t really answer everything I asked. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but for customer service, I definitely expected a little more??

The spices themselves seem okay, but the way everything was packed was frustrating. The box showed up half crushed, and there was barely any padding inside, so the jars were just knocking around the whole time.
One of the lids had come loose, and there was powder all over the package. I had to clean every container before putting them away. For the price, I expected at least decent packing, and I’m not even sure it’s worth contacting customer service because I don’t really trust they’ll do much about it.

I was trying to place my order, and the checkout kept glitching or something. I’d think it was going through, then nope, back to another issue. kind of frustrating because I just wanted to finish the purchase and move on, but the order never actually went through.

I was hoping to find a bigger variety of blends, but the choices felt limited. Kinda disappointing 😕

I tried these spices hoping they’d be worth the splurge, but i felt a little let down. The flavor was fine, nothing bad, but the containers were smaller than I expected for the price. For what I paid, I was hoping for a bit more. I probably wouldn’t buy them again.

I was interested at first, but I couldn’t find enough clear info about what’s actually in the blends. Maybe it’s listed somewhere and I missed it, but the ingredient details felt vague. As someone who has to be careful with allergies, that’s a big deal. It also kind of gave me the impression they’re more focused on getting the sale than being upfront with customers, so I decided not to buy

I ordered three spices, but two of them were completely wrong and the third one was missing altogether. I bought maybe 3 or 4 of these spices, and while the jars look really nice in the pictures, they’re a lot more clunky in person. The tin lid takes a few tries to line up right, and after about a week or so the label started peeling at the edge. They also don’t stack very well, which is annoying when you’re cooking every day. Overall, they look cute, but they’re just not that practical.

I bought this thinking, okay, this could be a cute little gift. But when it showed up, I was kind of like... oh. It looked basic and didn’t have that nice “ready to give” feel at all. No cute wrapping, nothing that made it feel special, so I ended up feeling like I needed to repackage it myself. For the price, I expected it to look a bit more presentable.
